PhiLep Gearing for NMW 2015!
Philippine Lepidoptera (PhiLep) is on the world map of participating countries for National Moth Week (NMW) 2015 and gearing for the event! Through our friends we were able to prepare tshirts and souvenir items. This will be given to participants of the 1st Baguio Moth watch on July 18. The event is a moth watch and photowalk along Cathedral Loop and Luneta Hill.
Why a daytime moth watch? The moths are attracted by the bright lights in these areas at nightime and remains there until they are predated on by birds or finally hides under leaves and eaves.
